I’ve purchased a lot of real estate and worked with a lot of Realtors. Sandy and his team are as good as it gets!

I was told that Sandy is the guy when it comes to Lakeshore in the Brainerd Lakes Area…  and that he is!  I can’t say enough about our experience with Sandy and his team.

Sandy was referred to me by a friend right before I was going to write an offer on a property. I learned quickly that if you're buying lakeshore, you need an agent who really knows the local lakeshore market and understands value. Sandy saved me from making a huge mistake and found me a property that I absolutely love.

We listed our Woman Lake properties with Sandy Smith and the Lake Shore Real Estate Group, they had them both sold for us in no time. It was great working with a true professional who has excellent knowledge of the Woman Lake area. We will definitely be using Sandy again!

Before we listed our Sibley Lake home we interviewed 3 local realtors. The first 2 showed up wearing ties and proceeded to give elaborate power point presentations about their vast marketing expertise. Then Sandy showed up wearing a golf shirt and a friendly smile. After 5 minutes I knew his experience in the lakeshore market and easy personality were what buyers would relate to. We signed a listing contract with him that day and could not be happier with our decision.

I’ve worked exclusively with Sandy to buy and sell lakeshore property in Brainerd Lakes Area over the last 10 years. He possesses the local knowledge, a strong work ethic and a professional approach along with a comfortable low key manner. He is educated, has traveled the world, and is committed to the local community. I have complete confidence in Sandy Smith.

The experience I had with Sandy and his team while selling my Lower Cullen Lake property was unbelievable. He provided me with information that made it clear what the value was. He gave me suggestions as to what needed be done to the property to help it sell. I followed all of Sandy’s suggestions and even though it took us a bit longer to get the property on the market, we received multiple offers and had it sold for well over the asking price the first day on the market. I do not have words to describe everything, only the highest accolades for Sandy and his company. If anyone would like to speak to me in person about my experience with Sandy feel ...

Sandy listed and sold my Gull Lake town house. Prior to listing the property, he suggested we make some repairs and upgrades. Sandy oversaw that entire process, everything was done in less than 2 weeks, and the upgrades made a dramatic difference in the appearance our property. The marketing he and his team put together was amazing. What impressed me most, and what I was most grateful for, was his guidance during the negotiation process. He secured terms that were perfect for my situation and a higher sale price than I anticipated.
